- 1 brisket
- 4 lbs short ribs or dino ribs
- t-bone steaks, 2 x 20 oz
- 2.75 lb tri tip
- 1 half rack of back ribs
- 1 chuck roast (great for pulled beef or burnt ends)
- 1 round roast (love this for jerky or smoked to a medium rare for sandwiches!)
- 2 lbs ground beef
